A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Dark Star revealing herself as she arrives to help the Russian government fight Omega Red, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season two episode "Red Dawn," which aired on November 13, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7.75"x5.25", the cel is in very good condition with minimal surface wear, including light scratches, slight line fade, and paper backing stuck to the reverse from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
