JEM and the Holograms Production Cel and Background - ID: sep22011

An original production cel and background from the Marvel/Sunbow Studios animated series, "JEM and the Holograms" (1985-1988). Featuring three of the Starlight Girls, orphans taken care of by the Starlight foundation, Ashley Larsen, Lela and Anne, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both pieces are actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the cartoon. Measuring 12"x11.5" overall, with the image area measuring approximately 9.25"x15.25", the piece is in very good condition with the cel stuck to background and stapled along the upper edge.
